This Bottled in Bond release is the single-season, vintage-dated expression of Chattanooga Whiskey’s Tennessee High Malt style. The Spring 2017 Vintage is crafted from a selection of four unique high malt bourbon mash bills – all made within the same distilling season - and each composed of at least 25% specialty malted grains. The result is an innovative approach to one of the industry’s most time-honored quality standards.
Barreled January through June 2017, this 100 proof Tennessee High Malt expression is medium-bodied, delivering tasting notes of spiced fruit, plums, wildflower honey and butterscotch with a structured, wine-like finish.
