Maple Pork Chops
If you’re looking for a sweet alternative to the traditional pork chop, try this recipe from Simple Truth® and Simple Truth Organic® for Maple Pork Chops.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. ground sage
1 tsp. Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 package (approximately 5) thinly sliced, bone-in pork chops
Canola Oil Cooking Spray
Directions

In a large plastic bag, combine the maple syrup, sage, cayenne and salt. Close the bag and mix together.

Add the pork chops to the mixture and let marinate 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, preheat a large sauté pan to high heat. Spray with cooking spray.

Add the pork chops to the pan and let cook 2 to 3 minutes per side (until they reach an internal cook temperature of 145° F measured by a food thermometer).

Serve while hot. Refrigerate any leftovers.
